Web ChartMD was developed with suite of software in anticipation of Federal regulations, known as HIPAA, concerning privacy of healthcare consumers’ medical records and their secure transmission. Web ChartMD addresses the issues related to the control of access to data, authenticating the source of data, alteration of data, and use of data in appropriate and authorized ways.
